When a domain name has been registered on behalf of a first entity or such registration is in progress, it belongs to the entity requesting the award of same name to file an appeal with the commission to settle disputes for domain names under .dz against the first recorded/applicant (Provided that the second entity considers that the first has no right to use said domain name).

The DZ-e NIC suspend any operation assignment or transfer of name area under treatment in case of conflict with another pending application, see with a name already assigned, this until the parties settle their opposition conflict with a decision of the Commission for dispute resolution for names in DZ areas.
